EL PALMAR 68, SL, is a family business, owned from the beginning by Celedonio Rafael Rodríguez Cardona and Rosa Blanca Díaz Calcines, dedicated to non-hotel tourism activities.
The building in which the company operates was built in the 60s and was opened in 1968. Although the company has always developed its activities in the tourist sector, it did not become a limited company until 1999. Following the death of the founders, the company is currently owned in equal parts by their children, Rosa Rodríguez Díaz and Manuel Rodríguez Díaz.
Located in an emblematic area of Playa del Inglés, just back from the beach, this complex has enjoyed a high occupancy rate and great customer loyalty throughout its history. Its ability to remain in the market for so many years is due to the quality of the service the company provides, which is largely down to the company’s staff.
Although improvements have been made over the years, a complete refurbishment was carried out in 2014 to adapt the complex to current requirements, adding 21 rooms to the 56 opened in 1968.
